Regular Domestic Cleaning

We at Nice and Clean London offer domestic cleaning service that is flexible and can be adjusted to suit your needs best. Regular duties may vary from deep cleaning of the entire property to ironing, washing, dusting and hovering, entirely depending on your specific requirements.

Our regular cleaning services are available on a daily, weekly or fortnightly basis. The minimum requirement is 2 cleaning hours per visit.

Our trained staff will treat your property with the utmost respect and care. Unfortunately accidents sometimes happen. All our cleaners and the company have public liability insurance of £2 million which protects client's home against major accidental damage caused by a cleaner while in your property. All claims must be notified within 24 hours of discovery.

All our quoted by Nice and Clean London Representative prices are final and no additional taxes are added.

We at Nice and Clean London understand that domestic cleaning is very personal and that honesty, confidentiality, reliability and communication are extremely important. That is why once you book regular cleaning with us, you will have same trained domestic cleaner each time. In case of sickness, holidays etc, your personal cleaner will be immediately replaced. We are able to change your cleaner at any time on your request if you are not entirely happy. When you decide to go on holiday and would like to suspend your cleaning for a period of time, you won't be charged for that period.

Because your personal safety and security are our top priority all our cleaners are vetted checked and fully insured. They undergo a thorough training and security programme, ensuring your home is left in the best hands. We only offer experienced, reliable, friendly cleaners with good level of English. In the case where you have some special requirements and you want to be 100% sure that you are correctly understood you can always speak to our customer care representatives and your request will be immediately passed to the cleaner. We have excellent communication both with our clients and cleaning operatives to ensure that service levels are delivered to the agreed specification.

There is no minimum term for your regular cleaning contract. Your contract continues as long as you want. You can cancel or reschedule the service, even 48 hours prior to the cleaning appointment where the majority of the cleaning companies require at least 2 weeks. If you have to permanently cancel your regular cleaning, please do so at least 2 weeks prior to the cleaning appointment. Failure to contact us will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the original charge of the service.
